An older gentleman in Hawaii Kai called me to say that both he and his wife’s phone were dying really quickly and that his wife’s phone was bulging out on the sides. I informed him that their batteries most likely needed to be changed and that I could give him a discount since he had multiple phones. I met up with him that day and in 15 minutes, both phones had brand new batteries and the customer and his wife were both very pleased.
